thats kind of part of why i didn't want to tell her too. it felt like i missed my chance to say something after that first day.

she figured it out eventually though. the night i came to folkmore she told me she knew. i was surprised she wasn't mad.

so you're definitely at a higher level solo still, but bringing your play with the band up closer to that is a good goal.

i think thats our only choice right now. i don't want to get a new drummer or vocalist, it would feel like we were replacing our friends.

besides, there are a bunch of musicians here but i think we might be the only rockers? there's a girl who plays the cello, a blue guy with a flute, a rapper, and a little gnome who plays the lute. i think one guy said he plays EDM. its a really mixed bunch.

wednesday the cello girl? or someone else? she's funny. it does seem like everyone does something different though, so we'll be able to stand out with half a band i think.

i don't wanna replace them either. we'll get back to them and have a bunch of crazy fantasy ideas for our songs and it'll work out.

maybe? i didn't realize that was wednesday. i talked to her online so i only know her username. i think she's scary, she always seems annoyed at me.

i hope you're right. its fun to imagine coming home and changing music forever with all of the things we learned from fox spirits and magical bards.

i'll grow extra hands and play a whole double-neck bass all at once. although it might be hard to explain just growing a tail let alone that.

[Honestly it's more that Bocchi's anxiety interprets Wednesday's general demeanor as not liking her. What Wednesday's actual opinions are is anyone's guess, the girl is an enigma.]

i didn't think about that. do you think we'll still have our changes when we go home?

i don't want to have to go to school with horns but playing on stage with them might be okay. having horns and a tail is pretty rock...

no way to know. it would be cool but pretty awkward. we'll have to use magic just to not become medical marvels. on the run from the government.

do you really think so? i don't know any magic, maybe i should go to one of the schools here after all...

we can always stream later if we want to, or just do it instead if the weather ends up bad.

sounds good. we'll get some ears that wouldn't have checked you out online and then see who's paying attention when we stream later. then i'll have more spoon to get more gear after that and we can build on it.
